About NJCUPSA

The New Jersey College & University Public Safety Association (NJ CUPSA) is leading the cause for safe campuses throughout the state. Our police and security professionals are dedicated to maintaining the safety and security of New Jersey's institutions of higher education.

By uniting over 1800 police and security professionals from nearly 40 schools, we work together to serve and protect the 350,000 students who have made New Jersey the home for their higher education. We are also closely affiliated with The International Association of College Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA).

Through information sharing and collaboration with local, state and federal government organizations, we have established a network of professionals who strive to reach higher in serving our campus communities. And, through focusing on professional development and training, we develop and execute the best practices to keep our colleges and universities amongst the safest in the nation.
